With this integration, you can send your Min/Max prices seamlessly from InventoryLab to SmartRepricer. But many Seller 365 users don’t realize this or aren’t sure how to set it up correctly. As a result, SmartRepricer’s pricing strategies can stall due to missing data.

How Min/Max Preferences Impact SmartRepricer Sync

SmartRepricer uses your Min/Max prices and cost data to automate repricing. Min/Max prices set the lowest and highest amounts you’re willing to sell for, while cost data helps calculate accurate repricing that protects your profit margins. Hence, the tool can keep your listings competitive without cutting too deep or pricing too high.

To enable syncing, you need to select the right Min/Max preferences during batch creation in InventoryLab. These preferences determine whether SmartRepricer can access the Min/Max data.

To keep repricing active, you have two options:
  • Use a batch setting that allows you to enter Min/Max prices during listing (like “Send to Amazon” or “Save to InventoryLab”).
  • Or, if you skip entering Min/Max prices in InventoryLab, manually set those prices inside SmartRepricer when creating or editing your pricing strategies.
Once these settings are in place, syncing runs automatically without extra steps.

How to Send Min/Max Pricing from InventoryLab to SmartRepricer

To ensure SmartRepricer can automate your repricing effectively, you need to make sure InventoryLab and SmartRepricer are properly connected and that Min/Max prices and cost data are correctly set and synced.

1. Enable the Integration

You need to activate the integration on both InventoryLab and SmartRepricer for the data to flow correctly.

2. Choose the Right Min/Max Preference and Enter Values During Listing

When creating a batch in InventoryLab, the Min/Max Preference you choose determines whether SmartRepricer can access those pricing values.
Here’s how each option works:
  • Do Not Capture
  • Min/Max fields are hidden, and no pricing data will be available to send to SmartRepricer. Avoid this option if you want your listings to reprice automatically.
  • Send to Amazon
Your Min/Max prices will be captured and sent to Seller Central. This option also makes those prices available to SmartRepricer.
  • Save to InventoryLab
Min/Max fields are available during listing, but they won’t be sent to Seller Central. Instead, the data is stored inside InventoryLab and can still be shared with SmartRepricer. Ideal if you want internal control over pricing sync but not public-facing prices yet.
The Min/Max columns will only appear in your Product Information if you choose either Send to Amazon or Save to InventoryLab. If you select Do Not Capture, those fields will be hidden and can’t be filled in.

Inside your batch, you’ll see Min/Max Price fields when adding a product. Enter your values during listing. This is the only chance to pass them through InventoryLab before submission.
In SmartRepricer, you must also have a strategy assigned that uses Min/Max pricing rules, otherwise, the synced values won’t trigger repricing.

3. Check Cost Sync Settings

SmartRepricer also pulls cost data from InventoryLab to support ROI and profit-based repricing strategies. It performs a full sync every 6 hours to keep your pricing information and strategies up to date.

To ensure smooth cost syncing, make sure the Update Cost toggle is enabled in SmartRepricer’s integration settings. This allows costs to sync in near real-time whenever updates occur.

4. Assign a Strategy to Your Listings

SmartRepricer needs more than just Min/Max values, it also needs a pricing strategy assigned to each listing. Without a strategy, repricing won’t run, even if your pricing data is synced correctly. To make sure everything works smoothly:
With both your strategy and Min/Max values in place, SmartRepricer can do its job: adjusting your prices to stay competitive while protecting your margins. Learn more on how strategy works in SmartRepricer here.
